Pneumatic Ball Valves’ Function and Structure Feature
Series pneumatic ball valves widely applicable to industries’ fluid control or adjusting control, complete a set use with automation pneumatic meter. These industries including natural gas, oil, chemicals, metallurgy, paper making, electrical power, mining industry, printing, biological pharmacy, daily chemicals, food and beverage, water treatment and air treatment .
Series pneumatic ball valves structure feature:
Pneumatic actuator: adopt new type series GT pattern pneumatic actuator, have double action type and single action type drive (spring reset), gear rack drive, safety and reliability£»large diameter valves adopt series HAW pattern pneumatic actuator pluck fork type drive, structure reasonable, output large torque, have double action type and single action type drive (spring reset); refer to our company’s sample of pneumatic actuator.
Body structure: body of trunnion ball valve would design three forms about cast structure, forge structure and whole welding structure, according to users’ need and different actual working condition. Among the ball valve of whole welding structure mainly use in the ground.
Unique seat seal structure:
Float ball valve design lip pattern spring sealing ring, guarantee the reliability of seal, the ball valves under circumstances of low pressure, zero-feet attack pressure, adopt to road spring loaded seat seal structure , ensure ball valve long reliable seal. Middle, high temperature seat material can select to contraposition polyphony or metallic material.
Trunnion ball valve to select previous ball seal structure, after ball seal structure or forward -back double seal structure , according to pressure, media nature and different requirement of seal. Middle, high temperature seat material can select to contraposition polyphony or metallic material.
Block and excrete: when the valves close, up-down seat make block the liquid, the impounded things in body lumen can excreting through excretion equipment.
Automatic vent pressure structure: when the pressures in lumen go up, lumen media can depend on itself thrust push seat and vent pressure, thereby ensure body safe.
Reliability seal of stem: stem adopt to focusing seal down loading structure, when the pressure of media raise up the focusing seal will augment, so can ensure reliability seal of stem and when the stem raise pressure ,stem can’t spout.
