Cheap Fish Tanks With Filters

I try to feed Parrot fish with small gold fish as advised by fish seller.?
My parrot fish does not seems to eat the pellet food given to them. I do not know if they are bore with the food or the food is spoilt. While checking at the store, the seller advise me to buy those cheap small fishes for Parrot fish to eat. I bought $1 which contain about 13 small fishes. I notice one of the small fish suddenly lost its tail. I presume it was eaten by the parrot fish. So, I buy another few packets. Now my fish tank is crowded with 2 big parrot fish and about 50 over small fishes, mostly goldfish. And all are not eating. What am I to do? Meanwhile, I bought some stable food hoping the strong taste can make them eat. BTW, lately I bought some “Bio ring” which claim to make water clean and fish healthy. The fish tank did appear clean… but maybe its because I also wash the filter and change some new filters. So… already 2 weeks… where did i do wrong? Pls advise. thanks…
Parrot Fish as in the hybrid Blood Parrot Cichlid yes?
Net up all those Goldfish and take them back to the store, that store clearly don’t know their ar$e from their elbow, BPC’s might eat the odd Goldfish BUT they are the equivalent of feeding them cheeseburgers, really fatty cheeseburgers soaked in lard, zero nutrition and if fed as a staple food, lead to fatal vitamin B1 deficiencies, not good!
The BPC would be better fed live/frozen foods like bloodworm, cyclops, brine shrimp and daphnia. These smaller foods would be much healthier and be far less of a bender on your poor struggling filter!
Get rid of all those Goldfish. Do a 50% water change, do not do anymore replacing of the filter. Do partial water changes a few times a week and keep testing your water. And read this:

Your fish aren’t feeding because they’re stressed and won’t be force-fed!
