Feeding Fish Tank Frogs

Feeding African Dwarf Frogs in Community Tank?

I’ve got 2 African Dwarf Frogs in a 20 gallon community tank. My fish tend to eat up all the food before it reaches the bottom of the tank, so I was wondering how I would be able to feed my much slower frogs. I feed my fish (and I try with my frogs) flakes and frozen bloodworms. My frogs are pretty small at the moment, not even an inch. They hide alot and I rarely see them come out of their hiding places.

fish and frogs don’t mix

sorry.

you may want to try feeding the frogs at night when the fish are sleeping. frogs hunt by smell not sight

always feed in the same corner so the frogs know where the food source is

best thing to do is separate them if possible only because feeding fish bloodworms daily will kill them within 2 months.

there too high in protein and wreck digestive tracks

HBH makes a frog and tad pole pellet. you may want to try it, hopefully the fish will leave it alone is another option.

good luck….i hope things turn out Ok.
