Fish Tank Wholesale Price

Where can I buy betta fish (fighting fish) in large quantities? 10 points!?

I need about 50 or more betta fish.

FYI: I am not planning on selling them or doing anything in-humane. They will actually be very well taken care of. I am using them as a centerpiece at my engagement party, one per glass tank, per table. Then afterwards, the guests can take one home and raise it. I’ve seen this done and a friend who took one home from a party has had it for over a year so I know they will be well taken care of.

I want to get them at wholesale price because otherwise theyre over $3 a piece at petco and thats a rip off.

I think it is simply beautiful.i used to be a betta breeder but no longer too much trouble.i think that even at $3 it is pretty cheap+a small round fish bowl maybe $2 a big bottle of chlorine remover to make the water safe maybe about $7(one bottle should be sufficient for all the betta bowls). I am an hispanic and in our culture they set out a bottle of tequila as a centerpiece for every table of 5 and each bottle costs about $25 so in reality it’s not a ripoff for what you want to do. as for the poster that is recommending for you to reconsider she obviously has never seen these centerpieces.they are there for whoever wants to take them they don’t have to they can leave them there at the table.you go ahead sweetie and put them lovely fish for the taking they will be absolutely beautiful decos.as to where you can get some if you are not willing to pay $3 try going to a private fishstore they buy direct fom breeders and probably will give you a better deal than the commercial stores such as Wal-mart,petco,petland.I know because my sister makes these awesome decorations using bettas and asked me to inform where she could get them cheap and i found out that private petshops or fishstores give you a better deal sometimes they might sell them for just .50 above their cost.
