Float Fill Valve
whats wrong with my toilet sometimes it will fill with water sometimes it wont even when i fill it my self?
it wont flush and i see no water trying to fill the tank and the floating thing seems to be in order but then again what do i know . when i shut off the water valve for a few minutes it came back on why would it do that this is my first home so im new to all this please help

the fill valve has debris in it. just put in a new fill valve assembly.
