Is this tank overstocked?

4 albino corydoras
1 dwarf gourami
4 guppies
4 platies
4 crystal red shrimp
i have 2 filters (tetra whisper ex20, lustar hydro sponge filter II)
so can I add more shrimp?

No, but I would add one or two more cories because they like to be in larger shoals.
You could also add another guppy if you wanted.

I’d say you could 3 or 4 more shrimp and call it a day.

After those addition’s I wouldn’t add anything else, because your pretty much stocked.
