Is my fish pregnant? Also, is it a Danio?
Here is the link to the picture I took of my fish. Do you think it’s pregnant? Also do you think you know what kind of fish it is? I think it might be a Danio. There is another fish like this one in there but smaller and more vibrant in color. If it is pregnant, what do I need to do? Also today “she” has been in the corner all day and twitching…. Not sure whats going on. It would be nice to have more fish in the tank, so we may take the next step needed to keep the fry as in buying a fish trap or breeder net but don’t know about the food or necessary steps if she is in fact pregnant. I know Danio’s are egg layers as well.

Your fish is a tetra, not a danio. And it’s not pregnant because danios and tetras are egg layers.
