Octagon Fish Tank And Stand

Whats the difference between Octagon,Pentagon,and Hexagon shapes?

I have stand up fish tank not sure what shape it officially is. It has 6 sides

Octagon shape has 8 sides.
Pentagon shape has 5 sides.
Hexagon shape has 6 sides.
So your stand up fish tank is a hexagon shape.
