Professional Fish Tank Cleaner

Do you know any good web articles on goldfish care?
I’ve learned lots from forums like aquariacentral and various websites, but I need something professional and preferly concise to show my dad. Only after showing him a gory picture of an injured goldfish did he agree that the pleco (sucker fish) was not in fact cleaning the fish. =(
I’m looking for something that covers at least ammonia, nitrates, goldfish size, tank size and overstocking. Points go to whoever gives the most useful and appropriate site, thanks!
I’ve read a ton of sites in the last while: the challenge is that sometimes the people who know the most about goldfish aren’t the same people who know the most about webpage design, so sometimes good information doesn’t look “professional”.
This site has a good description of tank cycling (ammonia, etc. and, indirectly how many fish a tank can support):

Overall, I think http://www.firsttankguide.net/ is the most professional looking site and has a good range of information that will point your dad in the right direction (they talk about appropriate numbers of fish, etc. though they probably don’t emphasize it enough, it would provide a good starting point for conversation and links off to other sites if he’s not immediately convinced)
(for others who might be reading this who want a slightly ‘lighter’ approach, which is probably aimed at a slightly younger audience, take a look at http://www.flippersandfins.net/goldfishfaq.htm )
The best source I’ve found so far, though, is not on the net: I picked up a book called “Goldfish: A complete Pet Owner’s Manual” at our local aquarium supply store. About $7-8 in the USA, $12 in Canada: http://www.barronseduc.com/0764119869.html – it’s worth taking a look at.. depending on your dad’s generation, he may find the book more compelling as an introduction and more ‘reputable’ as a guide.
