Reef Tank Build Up

led lighting for a pico reef?
I am in the process of setting up a small pico Reef Tank, less than 5 gal and only for live rock and a few inverts.
It will just be what I call a critter tank, some soft corals green star and a few starfish ect..
I an looking for an inexpensive led lighting system to cut back on the heat on the tank. The problem is I find some led bulbs for sale but no lighting systems for under $500- $600 for small tanks, that is just plain outlandish.
Does anyone know of a led light system that would support this small tank, even a DIY instruction that I can build for a price that would not cost too much for such a small tank?
I’m not sure ont he length of your tank, but check these out:

They are not as nice as the high output coral growth LED lights, but can be a nice lighting system if you have low light corals, like a sun coral where lighting doesn’t matter.
There are also some nice small compact fluorescent lights that work well for some soft coral, but they get a little warmer.
