Fish Tank Filter Instructions

help needed with fish tank, please..?

Hi. I have a Jebo R 352 aquarium. freshwater 20 gal with simple goldfish plus 2 sucker fishies.
The tank came with a filter and no instructions on using it.
The water iside is getting green (i changed it 3 days ago and it is becoming green again) I have new carbon and clean sponges ini t, so I am so confused…
i am new to this as well.
does anyone has the same fish tank?
what am i doing wrong?

Plecos dont eat poop, so id doesnt matter either way. keep the tank out of direct sunlight and only keep the lights on when you are observing the tank (5-8 hours max ) do 25% water changes every day for a week, and every week after that untill you die. get into the habit. only feed your fish once a day, and only a small pinch of food per feeding. ( enough to fit between your thumb a for finger ) .
