What is the best way to clean a tank before use?

I recently got all new supplies for an older fish tank of mine that has not housed fish in about a year. Before I started, it was filthy. Now it’s decently clean, but I still have watermarks and stuff on the interior glass. What is the best way to clean it? Thanks in advance.

i worked in a company where we specialize water treatment… so i am familiar with big tanks and water systems … we had that special solution to recommend to our customers which was really expensive but the best way and cheapest as well to clean a tank is using water and vinegar.. it has the same effect using the expensive solution.
