Received an Eclipse System 3 aquarium…now what?

1) What kind of water? Conditioner? We have regular tap water.
2) How do I cycle (fishless). How long does it take? We don’t live close to a pet store so I need to know when it’s safe to get fish.
3) How much gravel to put in? 5lbs. enough?
4) Do I need an airstone or something like that? Aeration?
5) What kind of fish? Should I start with a “starter” fish once the tank is cycled? It has no heater but we live in No. California and the temperature for the winter (in the house) is 68-70 Day/ 60-63 Night.
6) How often do I clean it? How?
7) Can a snail be put in the tank?
Any other suggestions would be greatly appriciated!
ok first any water conditioner will do 2nd you need a few fish to cycle and takes about 2- 3 weeks 3rd 5 pounds is enough
4th you will nedd a air stone 5th you should get a betta or any livebearer 7 th yea you could put a snail
