in my tropical fish tank some Black hair like thing grow on every thing specially on my plants its impossible to remove because it stuck very hard

You have black brush algae. You’re right, it’s really hard to get rid of. You can scrub it off of decorations and boil them to try to kill it. If your plants are healthy you can prune off the leaves that have the worst infestation. If you can get it beat back a bit the plants might have a chance to eat up the nutrients that are feeding the algae. Right now the balance is in favor of the algae and you want to turn it in favor of the plants.
